My friend Lauren is due on the Fourth of July and her shower is this evening. For the occasion, Danielle brought fresh Michigan rhubarb and strawberries back for me to make a pie and I believe Dylan helped to pick out the produce. So here is a pie that is exceptionally juicy, covered in stars and packed with excitement and good intention for the boy…from several women all at once.  I really can’t wait to meet him.
