GPOYW Kitchen Witch Edition.
Had such a blast over the weekend returning to the line, back to preparing and serving food right in front of the people excited to eat it, outside of a dinner party setting or people who might feel compelled to tell me it was good because they love me (not complaining, keep up the good work friends!).
This is from the walk-in fridge after chopping and plating 80 heirloom tomato salads with hand-pulled mozarella, zucchini bread, the good balsamic and olive oil,basil chiffonade and two kinds of FalkSalt- Red Chili and Citron. Tired, happy and halfway through a cold bottle of Torrontes.
